Interesting Gene list | Reference Gene set

The Interesting gene list is a gene expression signature for colorectal cancer prognosis downloaded from Shi et al., which includes 487 genes that were inferred by prioritizing candidate genes identified from genomic and transcriptomic studies on a protein-protein interaction network. The reference gene set includes the 11521 genes in the protein-protein interaction network used in the paper. Because the genes are from a human study and the gene ID types in both files are HUGO gene symbols, the users should select "hsapiens" as the organism and select "hsapiens_gene_symbol" as the gene ID type when uploading both the interesting gene list and the reference gene set.
